Reset User's Premier Password
From your Premier homepage, you can reset a user's Premier password. This is helpful if users need to reset their password but forget the answer to their Secret Question.
To reset a user's Premier password
- Log in to Premier. The Premier homepage appears.
- In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage user profiles. The Manage User Profiles page appears.
- Under Search for a User Profile, enter the user's last name (or just the first few letters), and then click Go.
- Under Premier User Profiles, locate the user and click Reset Password. The User Password Reset page appears.
- Review the profile information, and then click Reset Password. An email is sent to the user to initiate the password reset.
