Reset User's Premier Password

 

From your Premier homepage, you can reset a user's Premier password. This is helpful if users need to reset their password but forget the answer to their Secret Question.

 

To reset a user's Premier password

  1. Log in to Premier. The Premier homepage appears.
  2. In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage user profiles. The Manage User Profiles page appears.
  3. Under Search for a User Profile, enter the user's last name (or just the first few letters), and then click Go.
  4. Under Premier User Profiles, locate the user and click Reset Password. The User Password Reset page appears.
  5. Review the profile information, and then click Reset Password. An email is sent to the user to initiate the password reset.
