Log In and Access AT&T Voice DNA
Recover Your Premier Username or Password
Overview
As an AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator, you'll find the tools you need for managing users and locations on the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard. After you log in to Premier, you can use links on the Premier home page to access your organization's information.
Register Your Premier and AT&T Voice DNA Accounts
You'll receive an email with a link to complete your registration.
Note: If you have an AT&T BusinessDirect® account and are provisioned for the BusinessDirect application Manage AT&T Voice DNA Features application, you can access Premier using your BusinessDirect login.
To activate a Premier account created for you
- Open the registration email.
- Click validate your email address, or copy and paste the login URL into your browser. The Premier registration page appears.
- Do one of the following:
- If you don’t already have a AT&T Business login or want to create a separate login for the Customer Portal, see Separate AT&T Business login.
- If you want to link your Customer Portal to an existing AT&T Business login, continue to step 4.
- On the Choose an option screen, select Yes, link to an existing username and then click Continue.
- Log into Premier with the username and password you want to link the new account to.
- In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
Note: This should not be your AT&T IP Flexible Reach number. - Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
- If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
- Click Continue.
- Click OK.
You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.
To activate a Premier account created for you
- If you see the Choose an option screen, select No, create a new username and then click Continue, otherwise go to step 3.
- In the Username field, enter a username for this login and then click Continue.
Note: AT&T recommends using an email address as the username. - Fill out the following fields:
- In the Password field, enter your new password.
- In the First name field, enter your first name.
- In the Last name field, enter your last name.
- In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
- In the Street address field, enter your address.
- In the City, State, and Zip Code fields, enter your city, state, and Zip Code.
- Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
- If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
- Click Continue.
- Click OK.
You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.
Log In and Access AT&T Voice DNA
Security for AT&T Voice DNA® is provided by Premier, so to access AT&T Voice DNA, you must first log in to Premier.
After you've logged in to Premier, you can view all your organization's information from the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard, or you can click the quick links to go directly to the specific page you want.
Note: Location Administrators can view information only for their own location.
To log in to Premier
- Open the Premier Log In page (http://www.att.com/premier).
- Enter your Premier username and password.
- Click Log In. The Premier home page appears.
To access the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard
- Do one of the following:
- If you have a Premier login in, log in to Premier.
- If you have a BusinessDirect® login and are provisioned for the Manage Voice DNA Features application, log in to BusinessDirect and sign on to Premier with single sign-on.
- Under AT&T Voice DNA Quick Links, click AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard.
To open your personal AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard
AT&T Voice DNA users who have an Enhanced or Premium feature package can manage their features on the AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard. If you're an Enhanced or Premium user in your organization as well as an Administrator, you can access your personal AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard from your Premier home page.
- Do one of the following:
- If you have a Premier login, log in to Premier.
- If you have a BusinessDirect login, and are provisioned for the Manage Voice DNA Features application, log in to BusinessDirect and then single sign on to Premier with single sign-on.
- At the upper-right of your Premier home page, click Manage my phone. Your AT&T Voice DNA User Dashboard appears.
Recover Your Premier Username or Password
If you've forgotten your Premier username or password, you can request a reset from the Premier Log In page.
To recover a forgotten username or password
- Open the Premier Log In page (https://www.wireless.att.com/business).
- To recover your username, click username in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to recover your username.
- To recover your password, click password in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to reset your password.
