AT&T Voice DNA® Administrator Support
Manage Location Operator
If your company has more than one physical location with your AT&T Voice DNA® service, each location has its own AT&T Voice DNA network access and phone number range. Each location can have a designated location operator.
The operator number can be an AT&T Voice DNA number or extension, or it can be a 10-digit phone number that's not part of your AT&T Voice DNA service.
Users enter #0 to reach the location operator.
To set up or edit a location's operator number
- Open the AT&T Voice DNA Administrator Dashboard. (For help with this step, see Log In.)
- In the Select Location field, enter the location. Then, in the Locations tile, click View Details for this Location.
- Click the Settings tab.
- In the Locations Operator tile, click Manage Location Operator. The Manage Location Operator page appears.
- Do one of the following:
- In the Operator Phone Number field, enter the number (not necessarily an AT&T Voice DNA number) of the user you want to be the location's operator. If you use an AT&T Voice DNA extension, enter it as a Location Dialing Prefix and extension (not an extension only).
- To search for a user, click Find in Directory. The Find in Directory window opens. Select the location. Then, in the Name or Number field, enter a partial name or number. Click the Search icon , and then click the checkmark next to the name of the user you want to be the location operator.
- Click Save.
