Manage Premier User Profiles

 

As a Department Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can search or browse for users who can access Premier directly from the Premier homepage. You can also grant a user in your group access to the Customer Portal, initiate a user’s Premier password reset, or revoke a user’s Premier access.

 

Note: You can only manage users who are in your department.

 

To grant a user access to the Customer Portal

  1. Log in to Premier. Or, from the Customer Portal, click Premier Home at the upper-right of the page. The Premier homepage appears.
  2. In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage Premier user profiles. The Manage Premier User Profiles page appears.
  3. To give a user access to Premier, under Create Premier User Profile, click Give a user access to Premier. The Users List page appears.
  4. Locate the user who needs access to the Customer Portal. (You can search, scroll or page through the list, or click a number to jump to a specific page.)
  5. Click the user's name. The User Details page appears.
  6. Click the Profile tab. The user’s profile shows a list of settings, including User Portal Access.
  7. At the right of User Portal Access, click Submit Request. A Submit Request window opens.
  8. Enter the user’s email address, and then click Save. The system sends the user email with instructions for how to register for Customer Portal access.

 

To search or browse for a Premier user profile

 

You can search for user profiles under Search for a Premier User Profile on the Manage Premier User Profiles page.

 

  1. Log in to Premier. Or, from the Customer Portal, click Premier Home at the upper-right of the page. The Premier homepage appears.
  2. In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage Premier user profiles. The Manage Premier User Profiles page appears.
  3. In the drop-down list to the right of Search by last name, select Starts with or Equals.
  4. In the field at the right, enter a search term.
    • If you selected Starts with, enter at least one letter of the user’s last name
    • If you selected Equals, enter the user’s last name as it appears on the User Details page.
  5. Click Search.
  6. To browse for users, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, click the Down arrow arrow The Search arrow. at the right of the page numbers.

 

To initiate a user’s Premier password reset

  1. Log in to Premier. Or, from the Customer Portal, click Premier Home at the upper-right of the page. The Premier homepage appears.
  2. In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage Premier user profiles. The Manage Premier User Profiles page appears.
  3. Locate the user whose profile you want to edit. (You can search, scroll or page through the list, or click a number to jump to a specific page.)
  4. Click Reset Password. The User password reset page appears.
  5. Click the Reset Password button. An email is then sent to the email address on file for the user. The email has instructions for how the user can reset his or her password.

 

To revoke a user’s Premier access

  1. Log in to Premier. Or, from the Customer Portal, click Premier Home at the upper-right of the page. The Premier homepage appears.
  2. In the Administrator and User Profiles tile, under Manage Administrators and Users, click Manage Premier user profiles. The Manage Premier User Profiles page appears.
  3. Locate the user whose profile you want to edit. (You can search, scroll or page through the list, or click a number to jump to a specific page.)
  4. Click Delete. The Profile tab of User Details page appears.
  5. At the right of User Portal Access, click Remove Access. A Remove Access confirmation window opens.
  6. To remove the user’s access, click OK. To retain the user's access, click Cancel.
  7. If you clicked OK, the Profile view refreshes, and the user can no longer access the Customer Portal.
