View and Manage Department Users
As a Department Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage the users of your department individually or in bulk.

To find a department user
To find a particular department user, you can search for the user by first name, last name, public number, or extension. Search from the Users List page or from the Department Users tab of your Department page.

To download the list of users for your department
You can download a spreadsheet containing the names and ID numbers of all the users in your department.

To manage your department's users in bulk
You can manage the following features for your department's users all together, in bulk:
- Inbound call features
- Calling line ID

- User names
