AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Department Administrator Support
About Administrators
The AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal has three types of administrators: Enterprise Administrators, Group Administrators, and Department Administrators.
There are two types of departments: group departments and enterprise departments. All users within a group department belong to the same group. An enterprise department can have users from more than one group. A user can belong to only one department.
Department Administrators administer group departments. Only Enterprise Administrators can administer enterprise departments.
Department Administrators
Department Administrators can manage many aspects of the department they’re responsible for, including:
- Users
- Reports,
- Call features.

In addition to carrying out their management tasks, Department Administrators may be contacted by users in their department for assistance with the Customer Portal.
Group Administrators
Group Administrators can manage only aspects of the group they're responsible for. Like Department Administrators, Group Administrators may be contacted by users for assistance with the Customer Portal.
Enterprise Administrators
Enterprise Administrators can manage many aspects of their enterprise, or many aspects of their enterprise department.
Like Department Administrators and Group Administrators, Enterprise Administrators may be contacted by users for assistance with the Customer Portal.
