AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Department Administrator Support

You can search for and view details for Enterprise Group and Department Administrators.

To view an administrator's details, click the person's name.

To search or browse for administrators

1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click ADMINISTRATORS in the main menu bar. The Administrator List page appears.
2. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon to open it.
3. From the Search By drop-down list, select Type, Last Name, First Name, Group Name, or Department Name.
4. From the Condition drop-down list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
5. In the Value search field, enter a search term.

    

   If you selected Type from the Search By dropdown list, select All Types, Enterprise, Group, or Department.

6. Click Search. Search results appear.

To browse for administrators, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon () to the right.
