User Details Page
Overview
From a User Details page, you can manage that user's inbound and outbound call features, call logs, profile, and schedules. You can manage only users who belong to your department.
To access a User Details page:
- From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click USER MANAGEMENT in the main menu bar. The Users List page opens.
- Search or browse for users, and then click a user's first or last name. The User Details page appears.
Inbound Features Tab
From the Inbound Features tab, you can view and edit the user's inbound call features. You can make a call feature available (or unavailable) for the user, and you can edit the call feature's selective criteria.

Outbound Features Tab
From the Outbound Features tab, you can view and edit the user's account codes and dial restrictions.

Call Logs Tab
From the Call Logs tab, you can view a user's last 1,000 logged calls. You can browse through the call list and sort the calls by Type, Date, Time, From/To, and Phone Number.

Profile Tab
From the Profile tab, you can view and edit the user's profile information. This is also where you can grant and revoke access to the Customer Portal.

From the Schedules tab, you can search and browse for schedules, and you can view, edit, create, and delete schedules and events for the user.
