AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Department Administrator Support

You can download a list of your department's users.

To download your department's user list

1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Department page appears.
2. Click the Department Users tab. The department Users List page appears.
3. Above the Search button, click Download Department Users List. A File Download window opens.
4. Click Save. The file is downloaded to your default download directory, or you can specify a different location. This file contains the names, department, and Group ID of all the users in the department.
