AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Department Administrator Support
Department Page
As a Department Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can use the Department page to view your department's profile, access user information, and view public number ranges.
A department profile contains:
- Department name
- Department type
- Group name
- Group ID
You can't edit your department's profile.
To access the Department page and view the department profile
Do one of these things:
- From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Department page appears with the Profile tab displayed.
- From the Customer Portal Home page, click View Department. The Department page appears with the Profile tab displayed.
To access the department Users list
- On the Department page, click the Department Users tab. For more information, see View and Manage Department Users.
To access the department's public number ranges
- On the Department page, click the Public Number Ranges tab. For more information, see View Public Number Ranges.
