As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can create schedules at the group level and at the individual user level.

 

A schedule contains one or more events. These events can occur once, or they can recur on a regular schedule.

 

You can create, edit, and delete schedules, as well as add, edit, and delete events within a schedule.

Create a Schedule for Your Group

 

You can create, edit, and delete schedules for your group.

 

To create a schedule for a group

  1. To open the Group page, do one of these things:
    • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Group page appears. (If the Group page doesn't appear, click Group, immediately below RESOURCES.)
    • From the Customer Portal home page, click View Group. The Group page appears.
  2. Click the Schedules tab. The Schedule List page appears.
  3. Click Create Schedule. The Create Schedule page appears.
  4. Enter a name for the schedule.
  5. Set the schedule type: Holiday (for a holiday schedule) or Time (for all other schedules).
  6. Under Schedule Level, select Group.
  7. Click Create. The Schedule Details page for the new schedule appears.

Note: After you've created the schedule, you must add one or more events to it.

 

Add an Event to Your Group's New Schedule

 

For a schedule to work, you must add one or more events to it. The Initial Event is the template for recurring events.

 

To add an event to your group's new schedule

After you create a schedule, the Schedule Details page appears.

 

  1. On the Schedule Details page, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon.. The Schedule Details: Event Details page appears in Edit mode.
  2. Under Initial Event Details, enter an event name.
  3. Set a start date and an end date for the event.
  4. Set a start time and an end time for the event.
  5. Set how often you want this event to recur. Under Event Recurrence, select Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.

     

    Note: If this is a one-time event, don't set Event Recurrence.

     

  6. Select the recurrence details, and then select a recurrence end date.

     

    Note: If you want the event to continue on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, you don't need to set a recurrence end date.

     

  7. Click Save. The Schedule Details Page appears.
  8. To add more events to this schedule, click The Add icon. Add Event and follow steps 2 through 7.

 

Manage Your Group's Schedules and Events

 

You can edit or delete your group's schedules. You can also add, edit, and delete events within your group's schedule.

 

To manage your group's schedules

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group page appears.
  2. Click the Schedules tab. The Schedule List page appears.
    • To edit a schedule, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon.. (For more information, see Edit a Schedule.)
    • To delete a schedule, under Actions, click the Delete icon The Delete icon.. (For more information, see Delete a Schedule.)

To manage your group's scheduled events

  1. Do one of these things:
    • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Group page appears. (If the Group page doesn't appear, click Group, immediately below RESOURCES.)
    • From the Customer Portal home page, click View Group. The Group page appears.
  2. Click a group's name or ID. The Schedule List page appears.
  3. Click the Schedules tab. The Schedules page appears.
  4. Click the schedule you want to work with. The Schedule Details page appears.
  5. Scroll down to the Events tile, and do one of these things:
    • To create a new event, click The Add icon. Add Event.
    • To edit an event, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon..
    • To delete an event, under Actions, click the Delete icon The Delete icon..
