AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Group Administrator Support

You can download a list of your group's users.

To download your group's user list

1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group page appears.
2. Click the Group Users tab. The group Users List page appears.
3. Below the Search button, click Download Group Users List. A File Download window opens.
4. Click Save. The file is downloaded to your default download directory, or you can specify a different location. This file contains the names and Group ID of all the users in the group.
