AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Group Administrator Support

You can edit the length of account codes for your group. Account codes can be between one and six digits long, and all account codes must be the same length within a group.

To edit the length of a group's account codes

Caution: Changing the length of your group's account codes causes all current account codes to be deleted.

1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group page appears.
2. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
3. In the Account Codes tile, click Manage Account Codes. The Manage Account Codes page appears.
4. To the right of Code Length, click Edit Code Length.
5. From the Code Length dropdown list, select a number.
6. Click Save. Account code length for your group is changed, and all existing account codes are deleted.
