AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Group Administrator Support

View Your Group Trunk Group

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view your group trunk group from the Group Trunk Group tab of your Group page, or from the View all Group Trunk Groups link on the Customer Portal Home page.

 

To view your group trunk group from your Group page

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Group page appears. (If the Group page doesn't appear, click Group, immediately below RESOURCES.)
  2. Click the Group Trunk Group tab. The Group Trunk Group list page appears.
  3. Click the group trunk group name. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.

 

To view your group trunk group from the Customer Portal home page

  1. Click the View all Group Trunk Groups link. The Group Trunk Group list page appears.
  2. Click the group trunk group name. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.
