As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can add new account codes, edit existing account codes, or delete account codes within your group.

 

Open the Manage Account Codes View

 

To manage account codes, you must first open the Manage Account Codes page in the Customer Portal.

 

To open the Manage Account Codes view

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group page appears.
  2. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  3. In the Account Codes tile, click Manage Account Codes. The Manage Account Codes page appears. Now you're ready to add, edit, or delete account codes.

 

Add an Account Code

 

You can add new account codes to a group.

 

To add a new account code

  1. From the Manage Account Codes page, click The Add icon. Add Account Code(s). The Add Account Code(s) page appears.
  2. Under Code, enter a unique account code number. The account code length must match the current length set for this group.
  3. Under Description, enter a description for this account code.
  4. Click Save. The account code is created.
  • To create more account codes, click The Add icon. Add Account Code(s) again.

 

Edit an Account Code

 

You can edit any account code's number or description.

 

To edit an account code

  1. From the Manage Account Codes page, search or browse for the account code you want to edit.
  2. To the right of the account code name and description, under Actions, click the Edit icon The Edit icon..
  3. Under Code, edit the account code number. The new number must be unique and match the current length set for this group.
  4. Under Description, edit the account code description.
  5. Under Actions, click the Save icon The Save icon..

 

Delete an Account Code

 

You can delete account codes within a group.

 

To delete an account code

  1. From the Manage Account Codes page, search or browse for the account code you want to delete.
  2. To the right of the account code name and description, under Actions, click the Delete icon The Delete icon..
  3. When a confirmation message appears, click OK, Delete. The account code is deleted.
