Recover Your Premier Username or Password


As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you’ll find the tools you need for managing users, your group, and your group trunk groups on the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal. To access the Customer Portal, you must first log in to Premier.

 

First-Time Login

 

To access the Customer Portal, you must first log in to Premier. When an administrator in your organization creates a Premier account for you, you’ll receive an email with a link to complete your registration.

 

To activate a Premier account created for you

  1. Open the registration email.
  2. Click validate your email address, or copy and paste the login URL into your browser. The Premier registration page appears.
  3. Do one of the following:
    1. If you don’t already have a AT&T Business login or want to create a separate login for the Customer Portal, see Separate AT&T Business login.
    2. If you want to link your Customer Portal to an existing AT&T Business login, continue to step 4.
  4. On the Choose an option screen, select Yes, link to an existing username and then click Continue.
  5. Log into Premier with the username and password you want to link the new account to.
  6. In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
    Note: This should not be your AT&T IP Flexible Reach number.
  7. Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
  8. If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
  9. Click Continue.
  10. Click OK.

 

You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.

 

Separate AT&T Business login

  1. If you see the Choose an option screen, select No, create a new username and then click Continue, otherwise go to step 3.
  2. In the Username field, enter a username for this login and then click Continue.
    Note: AT&T recommends using an email address as the username.
  3. Fill out the following fields:
    1. In the Password field, enter your new password.
    2. In the First name field, enter your first name.
    3. In the Last name field, enter your last name.
    4. In the Wireless number field, enter the wireless number you’d like associated with your profile. It will be used for authentication purposes.
    5. In the Street address field, enter your address.
    6. In the City, State, and Zip Code fields, enter your city, state, and Zip Code.
  4. Review the Terms and Conditions, and then check the box next to I have read and agree to the AT&T Terms and Conditions.
  5. If you’d like the browser to be a trusted browser, check the box next to Remember this device (optional).
  6. Click Continue.
  7. Click OK.

 

You’ll get an email from AT&T confirming your registration is complete.

 

Log In to Premier and Access the Customer Portal

 

After you've logged in to your Premier account the first time, you can access the Customer Portal. To access the Customer Portal, you must always first log in to Premier.

 

To log in to Premier

 

  1. To use Premier, first log in.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Log In. The Premier home page appears.

Note: If you have multiple usernames associated with the account you logged into you’ll see a list of them. Select the username you want log in as. You can also edit the information for or delete a username.

If you have an AT&T BusinessDirect® account, you can bypass the Premier login using your BusinessDirect credentials if you've been provisioned for the Manage Enhanced IP Flex Features BusinessDirect application. For more information, contact your AT&T account representative.


 

To access the Customer Portal

  • In the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Quick Links tile on the Premier home page, click View AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal home. The Customer Portal appears.

 

Recover Your Premier Username or Password

 

To recover a forgotten username or password

 

  1. Go to the Premier Log In page.
  2. To recover your username, click username in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to recover your username.
  3. To recover your password, click password in Forgot your username or password? Follow the instructions to reset your password.
