Overview

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can use the Group page to view the group profile, edit the group name, view group trunk groups, search for and manage group users, and manage group schedules, feature access codes (FACs), and settings. Group settings include account codes, authorization codes, and dial restrictions.

 

To access a Group Details page

Do one of these things:

  • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar. The Group page appears. (If the Group page doesn't appear, click Group, immediately below RESOURCES.)
  • From the Customer Portal home page, click View Group. The Group page appears.

Profile Tab

 

From the Profile tab, you can view your group's profile information, including the group name, ID, address, time zone, default trunk call routing scheme, dial plan type, telephone number, and group code. You can edit the group name.

Group Trunk Group Tab

 

From the Group Trunk Group tab, you can view the group trunk group associated with your group.

From the Group Users tab, you can search and browse for users, and download a list of all the users in this group.

Schedules Tab

 

From the Schedules tab, you can search for, view, and edit schedules for your group and for individual users. You can also create and delete schedules and events.

FAC Codes Tab

 

From the FAC Codes tab, you can manage feature access codes (FACs) for your group. You can also download the list of FAC codes currently assigned to your group.

From the Settings tab, you can manage account codes, dial restrictions, and authorization codes for this group and for individual users.
