View and Manage Group Users

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage the users of your group individually or in bulk.

To find a group user

To find a particular group user, you can search for the user by first name, last name, public number, or extension. Search from the Users List page or from the Group Users tab of your Group page.

To download the list of users for your group

You can download a spreadsheet containing the names and ID numbers of all the users in your group.

To manage your group's users in bulk

You can manage the following features for your group's users all together, in bulk:
