Users and administrators can contact enterprise contacts for assistance. Depending on the contact's role, that person may be able to offer assistance with using the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal or with information about your enterprise.

 

To view enterprise contacts

From any page in the Customer Portal, do one of these things:

  • In the Quick Links tile, click View enterprise contact. The Enterprise Contact page appears.
  • Click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Enterprise immediately below. The Enterprise Contact page appears.
