View Associated Trunk Call Routing Schemes

 

As a Group Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can see what trunk call routing schemes your group trunk group belongs to, and if you have the appropriate permissions, you can view those trunk call routing schemes.

 

To view a list of associated trunk call routing schemes

  1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
  2. Click the group trunk group name. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Associated Trunk Call Routing tab. A list of trunk call routing schemes appears.
    • To find a specific trunk call routing scheme, use the Search tool.
    • To sort the trunk call routing schemes by name, click the Trunk Call Routing Name column header.
    • To sort by routing algorithm, click the Routing Algorithm column header.
    • To view the individual Trunk Call Routing page, click a trunk call routing name.
