View a Group Trunk Group

 

You can search for, browse for, and view group trunk groups from the Group Trunk Group tab on a Group Details page and from the Group Trunk Group List page.

 

To view group trunk groups from an Individual Group page

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group immediately below. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click a group's name. The Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Group Trunk Group tab. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.

 

To view group trunk groups from the main Group Trunk Group List page

  • From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.

 

To search or browse for group trunk groups

From an Individual Group page, or from the Customer Portal menu bar, open the Group Trunk Group List page.

  1. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow (The Search arrow.) to open it.
  2. From the Search By drop-down list, select Group Trunk Group Name or Group ID.
  3. From the Condition drop-down list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
  4. In the Value search field, enter a search term.
  5. Click Search.

To browse for group trunk groups, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers and click the right arrow (Goto icon.).
