AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Enterprise Administrator Support

You may want to contact an administrator with questions, or refer a user to an administrator for assistance. Find the information you need on the Administrator Details page.

To use the Administrator Details page

1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click ADMINISTRATORS in the main menu bar. The Administrator List page appears.
2. Click an administrator's first or last name. The administrator's Details page appears and shows:
   • Administrator name.
   • Administrator type (Enterprise Group, or Department).
   • Group name (for Group and Department Administrators).
   • Department name (for Department Administrators).
   • Contact information.
3. To go back to the Administrator List page, at the top of the page, click Back to Administrators.

Note: You can create and manage administrators from the Premier home page.
