View and Search for Users Assigned to Group Dial Restrictions

 

 

You can view a list of users assigned to a group's dial restrictions and search for individual users within the list.

 

You can also download a list of users assigned to group dial restrictions.

 

To view the list of users assigned to group dial restrictions

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click the group's name. The group's Individual Group page appears.
  3. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  4. In the Dial Restrictions tile, click Assigned Group Dial Restrictions User List. The Assigned Group Dial Restrictions User List page appears.

 

To search the list of users assigned to group dial restrictions

From the Assigned Group Dial Restrictions User List page:

  1. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon to open it (The Search arrow.).
  2. From the Search By dropdown list, select Last Name, First Name, Public Number, or Extension.
  3. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
  4. In the Value search field, enter a search term.
  5. Click Search.

 

To browse for users, scroll and page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon (The arrow.) on the right.
