AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Enterprise Administrator Support

As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view and search for public number ranges and their corresponding groups. With the public number range lists, you can quickly see which public numbers correspond to which groups or departments in your enterprise.

You can also download a list of the public number ranges in your enterprise or for a single department or group in your enterprise.

To view the list of public number ranges

1. Open the Public Number Ranges List page by doing one of the following things:
   • From the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal Home page, click View all Public Number Ranges in the Directory Number Search tile.
   • From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Public Number Ranges, immediately below.

From the Public Number Ranges List page you can expand the public number ranges to see all the numbers in that range, access the group associated to each public number range, or access the user associated with each public number.

1. In the Actions column, click Show Details. The full list of numbers in the pubic number range appears.
2. To go to the Group Details page, click the group name or group ID.
3. When the public number range is expanded, you can view details by clicking the number. The User Details page appears.

To search the list of public number ranges

1. Go to Public Number Ranges List page.
2. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow to open it.

   Notice that the left drop-down list is automatically set to Public Number.

3. From the middle drop-down list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
4. In the field at the right, enter a number between 1 and 10 digits long.
5. Click Search.

To browse for public number ranges, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, click the Down arrow at the right of the page numbers.

To view the list of public number ranges for a specific group

1. From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group, immediately below. The Group List page appears.
2. Click a group name. The Group Details page appears.
3. Click the Public Number Ranges tab. The Public Number Ranges view of the Group Details page appears.

From the Public Number Ranges view, you can expand the public number ranges to see all the numbers in that range, access the department associated to each public number range, and access the user associated with each public number.

1. In the Actions column, click Show Details. The full list of numbers in the pubic number range appears.
2. To go to the Department Details page, click the department name.
3. When the public number range is expanded, view details by clicking the number. The User Details page appears.

2. Click a department name. The Department Details page appears.
3. Click the Public Number Ranges tab. The Public Number Ranges view of the Department Details page appears.

From the Public Number Ranges view, you can expand the public number ranges to see all the numbers in that range and access the user associated with each public number.
