Search for Authorization Codes

 

You can search for a specific authorization code within a group. When you find the authorization code you're looking for, you can edit or delete it.

To search for an authorization code

  1. From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group. The Group List page appears.
  2. Click a group's name. The Group Details page appears.
  3. Click the Settings tab. The Settings page appears.
  4. In the Dial Restrictions tile, click Manage Authorization Codes. The Manage Authorization Codes page appears.
  5. If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon The Search arrow. to open it.
  6. From the Search By dropdown list, select Code or Description.
  7. From the Condition dropdown list, select Contains, Equals To, or Starts With.
  8. In the Value search field, enter your search term.
  9. Click Search.

     

    To browse for authorization codes, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon (The arrow.) on the right.
