Download the Group ID and Name List

Using a spreadsheet can be a good way to keep track of the ID numbers and names for the groups in your enterprise.

From the Group Name Search tile, which appears on every page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, You can download a CSV (comma-separated values) file that contains a complete list of the ID numbers and names of the groups in your enterprise.

To download the group ID and name list

In the Group Name Search tile on any Customer Portal page, click Download group ID/name list. A File Download window opens.
Click Save. The file is downloaded to your default download directory, or you can select a different location.

You can also download a list of a specific group's users.
