Manage Outbound Call Features
As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage users' outbound call features, including account codes and dial restrictions.
To see and edit a user's outbound features, go to a User Details page and click the Outbound Features tab.
(To open a User Details page, click any user's first or last name from the Users List page or from search results.)
Edit Account Code Status
Account codes are assigned at the group level by Enterprise or Group Administrators. However, you can edit the account code status for an individual user.

To edit a user's account code status
- Open a User Details page and click the Outbound Call Features tab.
- Click Account Codes. The Account Codes view appears.
- Click Edit.
- To set account code status, select Not Required, Mandatory, or Optional.
- Click Save.
Edit Dial Restrictions
Dial restrictions are assigned at the group level by Enterprise Administrators or Group Administrators. However, you can also edit dial restrictions for an individual user.

To edit a user's dial restrictions
- Open the User Details page, and click the Outbound Call Features tab.
- Click Dial Restrictions. The Dial Restrictions view appears.
- Click Edit.
- For Use Dial Restrictions, select Group or Custom User.
If Use Dial Restrictions is set to Group, you can only view the dial restrictions that this user is assigned to at a group level. (These options are not editable from this view. Group dial restrictions must be edited from a Group Details page.)
If Use Dial Restrictions is set to Custom User, you can edit custom restrictions for this user.
- If you've selected Group, click Save. If you've selected Custom User, you can edit dial restrictions for this user, then save your choices.
- To edit all custom user restrictions for this user at once, click the Select All Custom User Restrictions dropdown list and select restrictions.
- To allow the user to use all of the restricted outbound call features listed, select Allow.
- To block the user from using all of the restricted outbound call features listed, select Block.
- To use the group level authorization code requirements for all restricted outbound call features listed, select Standard Authorization.
- To edit dial restrictions for this user one at a time, click the Custom User Restrictions dropdown list for each dial restriction.
- To allow the user to use a restricted outbound call feature, select Allow.
- To block the user from using a restricted outbound call feature, select Block.
- To require the user to enter an authorization code when using a restricted outbound call feature, select Authorization Code Required.
- When you've finished editing dial restrictions, click Save.
