The Administrator List Page

The Administrator List page provides a searchable list of all the Group, Department, and Enterprise Administrators in your enterprise. From the Administrator List page, you can search for, browse for, and view administrators.

Note: You can't manage or delete administrators from the Administrator List page. You manage administrators from the Premier home page.

To open the Administrator List page

From any page in the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, click ADMINISTRATORS in the main menu bar.

From the Administrator List page, you can do a variety of things:

To find a particular administrator, use the Search tool.
To browse, scroll or page through the list.
To sort the list by Type, Last Name, First Name, Group Name, or Department Name click the column headers.
To view an administrator's details, click the administrator's first or last name.

Search and Browse for Administrators

You can search and browse for specific administrators to manage. Click an administrator's first or last name to view that administrator's information.

To search or browse for administrators

If the Search tool isn't open, click the arrow icon () to open it.
From the Search By drop-down list, select Type, Last Name, First Name, Group Name, or Department Name.
From the Condition drop-down list, select Contains, Starts With, or Equal To.
In the Value search field, enter a search term.

If you selected Type in the Search By drop-down list, select Enterprise, Group, or Department.
Click Search.

To browse for administrators, scroll or page through the list. To jump to a particular page, enter a page number in the Go to: box at the right of the page numbers, and then click the arrow icon () on the right.
