AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Enterprise Administrator Support
View and Edit a Group Trunk Group Profile
As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can manage group trunk group profiles.
To view and edit a group trunk group profile
- From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
- Search or browse for the group trunk group you want to edit, and then do one of these things:
- At the right of the group name, under Action, click the Edit icon ().
- Click the name of the group trunk group, and then click Edit.
The group trunk group Profile tab appears in Edit mode.
- From the Profile tab in Edit mode, you can edit multiple settings.
- To edit the number of incoming concurrent calls, in the Incoming Concurrent Calls field, enter a new number (not to exceed the maximum number of concurrent calls). The maximum number appears on your screen.
- To edit the number of outgoing concurrent calls, in the Outgoing Concurrent Calls field, enter a new number (not to exceed the maximum number of concurrent calls).
- To change the unreachable destination action, from the Unreachable Destination Action dropdown list, select None, Phone Number, or Group Trunk Group.
- If you selected None, move on to the Edit Timer field.
- If you select Phone Number, a field appears. Enter the phone number where you want to forward calls when the unreachable timer expires.
- If you select Group Trunk Group, a field appears. Enter the name of the group trunk group where you want to forward calls when the unreachable timer is up. (To see a list of group trunk groups to choose from, click Find Trunk.)
- To edit the forward always action, from the Forward Always Action dropdown list, select None, Phone Number, or Group Trunk Group.
- If you selected None, you're done editing the Group Trunk Group profile. Click Save.
- If you select Phone Number, a field appears. Enter the phone number where you want to forward calls.
- If you select Group Trunk Group, a field appears. Enter the name of the group trunk group where you want to forward calls. (To see a list of group trunk groups to choose from, click Find Trunk.)
- When you've finished editing the Group Trunk Group profile, click Save. To discard your changes, click Cancel.
