View and Edit Associated Trunk Call Routing Schemes
As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can view or edit the trunk call routing schemes associated with the group trunk groups you manage. You can also view a list of the trunk call routing schemes associated with a certain group trunk group.
You can bundle one or more group trunk groups and assign the bundle an identity. You can then place rules on that identity that determine which of the bundled group trunk groups receives an incoming call.

Note: You must have the appropriate permissions to edit trunk call routing schemes in your enterprise.
To view a list of associated trunk call routing schemes
- From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
- Click the name of the group trunk group name you want to work with. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.
- Click the Associated Trunk Call Routing tab. A list of trunk call routing schemes appears.
- To find a specific trunk call routing scheme, use the Search tool.
- To sort the trunk call routing schemes by name, click the Trunk Call Routing Name header.
- To sort by routing algorithm, click the Routing Algorithm header.
- To view the individual trunk call routing page, click a trunk call routing scheme's name.
To edit the trunk call routing scheme associated with a selected group trunk group
- From any page in the Customer Portal, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Group Trunk Group immediately below. The Group Trunk Group List page appears.
- Click the name of the group trunk group you want to work with. The Group Trunk Group Details page appears.
- Click the Associated Trunk Call Routing tab. A list of trunk call routing schemes appears.
- Locate the trunk call routing you want to edit. To the right of the group trunk group name and ID, click the Edit icon . The trunk call routing details appear in edit mode, on the Details tab.
Note: You can't change the name of the first trunk call routing scheme that was created by default when the enterprise was set up. The name of this trunk call routing scheme begins with ENT-GRP.
- Edit the properties of the trunk call routing scheme:
- Trunk call routing scheme name
- Route algorithm
- Maximum number of re-routes
- Route exhaust
- To view a searchable list of group trunk groups associated with this trunk call routing scheme, click Assigned Group Trunk Group(s).
- To view a searchable list of users associated with this trunk call routing scheme, click Assigned Users.
- To save your changes, click Save. To discard your changes, click Cancel.
