AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal: Enterprise Administrator Support

Your enterprise has an email address that users can contact for support. As an Enterprise Administrator for the AT&T IP Flexible Reach Customer Portal, you can edit the support email address.

To edit the support email address

1. Do one of these things:
   • From any page in the Customer Portal, in the Quick Links tile, click View enterprise contact. The Enterprise Contact page appears.
   • From any Customer Portal page, click RESOURCES in the main menu bar, and then click Enterprise immediately below. The Enterprise Contact page appears. Support Email Edit
2. Edit the support email address.
3. To the right of the Support Email box, click Save.
