Can my mobile device replace my fixed-line phone?
In short, yes. If you find it difficult to get access to a desk phone or you simply don’t use your fixed-line then Teams Phone Mobile could be the best fit. All of the Teams functionality will still be available from your mobile device.
Can I bring my own CRU device?
Yes, as long as the device supports AT&T as the primary calling plan or has an available eSIM or dual SIM slot and is not locked to another wireless carrier.
Do I need to download the Microsoft Teams app to access these features?
It is the user’s choice. You can make and receive calls as you would normally with no need to open the Teams app. The Teams app offers additional benefits such as meetings, video, and content sharing.
